Dr. Jerry Redman is an Associate Professor and Director of Center of Assessment and Accreditation at Winona State University and CEO of Redman and Associates, LLC. Dr. Redman has been a science teacher; curriculum, instruction and assessment coordinator; instructional services director; and an assistant administrator. He has worked at various levels of education ranging from middle secondary schools to technical colleges to intermediate educational agencies to the university.

B. Scott Burton is a full time faculty member at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN). He also has teaching experience at Drury University, Western New Mexico University, and Missouri State University. Scott held a variety of assignments in 10 locations across the United States during a 25-year federal law enforcement combined career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and U.S. Probation & Pretrial Services. Previously, he was a member of the State of New Mexico’s Adult Parole Board and he has prior experience in the private prison industry as a Facility Director and Warden.
