Accessing GRLContent

What are the browser requirements to view my online publications(s)?

GRLContent supports current or preceding versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser. Some online publications may require additional free browser plug-ins such as Adobe Acrobat.

 

I forgot my password to my publication, what do I do?

Go to www.grlcontent.com and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link beneath the password prompt box. Your password will be reset and sent to the email account associated with your username/email address.

My Publication(s)

Who do I contact with questions regarding my publication?

For information on updating your publication, contact your Web Project Editor directly. If they cannot be reached or if you have an immediate inquiry, our dedicated Web Support team is available at (800) 344-9051 or websupport@greatriverlearning.com.

 

If I am teaching multiple sections of the course, how do I access each section?

When you click the 'view' icon next to the publication name on the admin side, you will be prompted to choose which section you want to view. If you need to 'manage' a section, you will need to click the 'wrench' icon next to the publication and then the 'wrench' icon next to the section you want to manage.
