This book explores the difference between leadership and management. It examines key characteristics and traits of effective leaders.

The book also profiles examples of effective leaders in history and in the business world who have accomplished great things directly relating to their leadership abilities. I also discuss some specific leaders that I worked for who had a direct impact on my personal leadership style.
