This physiology course is organized under 13 headings ranging from a description of cells and cell physiology to a description of reproduction and development. Taken together, these sections discuss the interacting systems of the human body and explain how their function supports survival. Each section contains a set of objectives that provide questions and discussion items intended to encourage students to review and to articulate concepts central to learning human physiology and also a series of notes that summarize materials presented in lectures.
