She leads AI initiatives for the College of Business Administration and teaches Foundations of Generative AI and Applied AI for Marketing. Dr. Yoo presented at the 2024 Academy of Management on AI’s potential to advance management research and returned in 2025 to present on teaching generative AI. She also presented at the 2025 and 2026 AI2 Summits, championing academic innovation in the age of AI. Dr. Yoo leads faculty workshops and speaks nationally on AI integration in higher education.
