This document is not a traditional textbook. It is quite visual, with many videos and images interspersed into the material, and it has questions integrated throughout it. The questions are designed to hold your interest and help you learn. I suspect you only read a traditional textbook the evening before a test; to succeed in this course, you are going to want to study the material each week, and a part of your grade will be determined by how you answer the questions.
