Lorianne Danielie Mitchell

Dr. Lorianne Mitchell is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business and Technology at East Tennessee State University, where she teaches both undergraduate and graduate students. Lorianne received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational (I-O) Psychology from the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York. She has been recognized for her teaching excellence and commitment to student success, and is actively involved in related service activities, including mentoring students and junior faculty. Her varied research interests include online teaching pedagogy, emotions in organizations, management education, and organizational change. She has published in several peer-reviewed journals and edited books, as well as presented her research at international conferences.
