Heather J. Musil taught as a special education teacher for 18 years before moving to the university level. Now at Fort Hays State University, Heather is teaching future elementary education and special education teachers. With years of experience writing IEPs, Heather wanted to share her knowledge and expertise in the IEP process and teach future teachers more about IEPs.
