Mary Stephenson is a strategic and results-driven leader with 30 years of experience in higher education, specializing in student success, institutional transformation, and strategic enrollment management. As the Assistant Vice Provost for Student Success at Baylor University, she spearheads campus-wide initiatives to enhance student retention, persistence, and graduation outcomes. Previously, she led the Groups Scholars Program at Indiana University, where her leadership contributed to significant improvements in student retention and graduation rates. A proud first-generation college graduate, Mary holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business management from Purdue University.
