JIM HARBOUR
Jim Harbour began his teaching career at Washington State University (WSU) in 2006. He has taught numerous classes over the years but restaurant costing and operations along with a beverage management course are his mainstays. Jim is a co-owner in four restaurant concepts in the town of Pullman Washington where Washington State University is located. Jim received his undergraduate degree from WSU and went on to complete his MBA at Gonzaga University. Jim has led or been a part of faculty led study abroad programs to Spain, Thailand, and Switzerland. When Jim is not teaching or helping guide his restaurants he enjoys skiing/snowboarding, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and kids.
